We answer your questions
When does my order arrive?
We take 2 business days to resolve orders and then it is up to the shipping company. Usually, it takes between 3 to 5 business days for your order to be delivered.
I'm in rush! Is the package gonna make it before...?
If you’re in hurry to receive your order, for example because of incoming birthday of your partner, a wedding or other event, you’ll surely be interested when the package arrives. Your order will most probably be shipped the day after you place it. Afterwards, it usually takes between 1-2 business days for the package to be delivered to you. However, don’t take these delivery times for granted and contact us, we’ll provide you with accurate information 🙂
How can I track my order's status?
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Then you’ll be contacted by the shipping company. If for any reason you haven’t received the confirmation email, please don’t place a new order but contact us first 🙂
Do you ship to Slovakia?
We have just recently added an option to make orders from Slovakia! You can choose to pick your order up at Zásielkovná pick-up points, get the order delivered by Slovakian post or by courier to your address.

Can I cancel my order?
Each order can be cancelled before it is shipped; contact us at email address info@mementerra.cz – just tell us your name and the order number. Of course, you can return the order even when it has been shipped. If you don’t like the goods, you have 14 days to think it over and potentially return the order – we’ll refund it. How can I return my order?
Have you received a damaged package or damaged book? We’re sorry to hear that. Here’s what to do in such situation. My package has arrived and I’ve found out that: The package is visibly damaged or deformed. In case the courier delivered a damaged package, you have the right to refuse it. Or you can accept it and check if the contents have been damaged as well. If the contents are damaged, you can immediately return the package to the courier and then contact us. The package is OK, but the contents are damaged. Contact us and we’ll send you a new product. Please provide us with photos of the damaged product. Has any other problem occured? Sometimes, the books can be damaged by the printing company. Take photos and send it to info@ourlovechallenges.cz. Don’t panic, everything will be alright! We’ll send you a new product.
